Order Policy

Delivery Timelines

1. Once items are processed, they are handed to the courier for delivery. Depending on your location (city, province, rural/township), courier will need three (3) to seven (7) days to deliver the item.
2. Should delivery not be required, self-collection option is available (Port Elizabeth) once an order is processed. The collection address will be shared prior to collection date.
3. We regrettably do not ship to other countries yet.

 

Kindly note that I am not responsible for delivery delays due to holidays, natural disasters, courier delays, client address change and/or incorrect details provided.

Production Timelines

 1. All closure & non-customized wigs will require 2 to 3 days to be produced/processed from the time payment is received (unless stock is not available at that time).

2. For frontals and 360 wigs where customisation is added (bleaching, plucking of lace), the processing time is 5 to 7 days given how labour intensive the production is.
3. For all custom sized wigs (i.e. if you have provided specific head measurements) the production will take 7 to 10 days since additional time is required to tailor-make the wig to your specific requirements.
4. Colour wigs (from existing catalogue) require 7 7o 10 days for production.
5. Special requests (colours not on existing catalogues/wig styles that are a completely new request from the client) will take up to 14 days since the items have to be imported and produced on arrival.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Items can be returned for a repair or touch up if reported within the first 24 hours of receiving the order. This applies to items that come with production defects such as cap size, construction or colour/style not matching order description.

2. To qualify for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging you received it in.
3. Kindly note that I do not offer refunds/style exchanges if you purchase an item and realise it does not suit you the way you expected.

 

Cancellation Policy

1. Order cancellation is accepted before/during production of the item(s) and before it is shipped. Once the item has been shipped it does not qualify for cancellation.
2. Cancellation of items that were on layby agreement will be charged a penalty fee (refer to layby policy for more details).

General Lay-bye Rules

1. All wigs are eligible for layby (even during sales). The layby deposit is 20% unless otherwise stated.
2. A maximum of 5 different wigs are allowed on layby at once.
3. Layby payment plans range from 1 up to 5 months (with a possible increase/freeze period during the agreement term should the client face difficulties.
4. Failure to make 3 consecutive monthly payments will be charged a penalty fee of 10% of the total order price).
5. Items on layby are eligible for a swap (changing the wig style to something different) within the first 7 days, the layby cannot be changed as the item would have been logged with suppliers.
6. At least one payment is required monthly during the layby term.
7. Layby invoices will be sent out from the receipt of payment.

 

Lay-bye Cancellation Policy

1. Client Cancellation
Layby cancellation submitted within the first 7days of agreement will receive a 60% refund on all payments made
Layby cancellation submitted after the first 14 days will be charged 50% penalty fee (this meaning only 50% of payments will be refunded).
